Jonathan Van Clute Provides His Traffic Source?
I only wish that Jonathan Van Clute would provide me with his traffic source as his performance on TAC (Top Affiliate Challenge) has shown that he has the magic touch or magic traffic source. I have seen other posts pertaining to people and their desire to find this wealth of information that would open the doors to that allusive traffic.
My understanding is that he uses pop under ads to generate traffic but the secret is still secure with Jonathan and far removed from my hands. In the mean time if you’re looking for traffic then I would recommend specifically for those with little investment capital to go the free route with the social networks as that has shown to be very rewarding for me and free is always nice.
The era of social media is clearly here with the likes of youtube, myspace, facebook,etc. With the touch of a button and proper software, you could literally send videos to multiple video sharing sites that could create massive traffic. When doing videos, it’s important to add correct tags based on the target market that you’re attempting to attract and don’t make the tags to general. An example of too general could be the key word “business” as that would be a great source of traffic if listed on page one of google but this could be expensive. Use more targeted keywords in your tag placement as this will provide better results and the greater chance that people will see your video.
I have seen some people actually forget to add their url to their videos description section which typically is to the right or bottom of video depending on the video sharing site that you’re uploading to.
When adding a url to youtube as an example, make sure that you add the http:// before your url or it will not be a clickable link. That would be a shame to lose traffic due to this reason.
Traffic is key to sales for the obvious reasons, no traffic then no one will see your website,profile,etc. The more traffic then the more money you will make and that is obvious but some times people miss this and think that traffic will appear from the sky and it does not work this way.
In the mean time, I offer Jonathan my first born and some cold beer for that allusive traffic source:) and for those that don’t get the joke, I naturally would not give away my cold beer.
